It feels like we’ve sprinted into the holiday season which means indulging on comfort food and delectable desserts. It’s certainly encouraged to enjoy yourself at office parties and family gatherings but it’s also equally as important to keep a healthy diet the rest of the time.
Today I’m sharing my super simple and healthy grocery list so we can all stay accountable during these coming weeks to eat healthy and feel guilt-free when we indulge a little. After all, it’s the holidays and we’ve earned it!
Grocery shopping is pretty easy in our home because we basically eat the same thing every week. This list is definitely great for those that like a routine or maybe you just want to switch it up a bit and add in a few items from my list. I typically do the bulk of my grocery shopping at HyVee and Sam’s Club, but most of these items can be purchased at any grocer.
